After understanding your organisations requirements, agreeing contract durations and user counts, our Sales team will hand you to our 5-star Onboarding team who will conduct a Kick Off meeting with you. During this meeting, we'll outline the below process and support you all the way.

Step 1

Setup & Super User Access

We create your organisations' instance on our live server, allocating system administrators, or 'super users' and granting access to your new system. Then, we'll provide your super users with initial training on how to navigate and begin to configure the system to make it completely unique to your organisation.

Step 2

Configuration

Now you're more familiar with DTx, over a few short weeks (or days!) we will work with you configure any outstanding customisations your teams need until you sign off on the settings. We're even happy to undertake development work to get it right for you!

Step 3

Data Migration

Seamlessly migrate all your case data over to DTx from your current system, guaranteeing minimal disruption for users. We offer a fully supported migration process, with encrypted Transport Layer Security (TLS) data transmission. Overseen personally by our experienced Software Development & Data Managers.

Step 4

Training & Support

Empower your users! DTx licences include free comprehensive user and super user training, we'll teach you everything from navigation to system settings. Still have questions?
